The BIO MER COSMETICS online store is protected so that when you share your data it is done securely. We have the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which establishes an encrypted connection between the user's browser and a server or website. The SSL connection protects sensitive data, such as credit card information, that is exchanged during each visit (called a “session”) from interception by unauthorized parties. The price of all our products includes I.V.A. We have the leading and secure Redsys system for our payment platform. You can pay using most credit and debit cards. We have also included the option to pay for Bizum, if it is more convenient for you. Payments against reimbursement, in cash, or by bank transfer are not accepted.

Always free shipping within the Peninsula! (Only Spain) If you live in the Balearic Islands we will send it to you for free with orders over €150, otherwise the shipping cost will be €6. If your residence is in the Canary Islands, you will receive your order for free with purchases over €150 or the shipment will have an amount of €10 ** + DUA. No shipments are made to PO boxes. Our team prepares the orders received daily until 5 in the afternoon. You will receive your order in a period of 48-72 hours (working days) at the address you indicate within the Peninsula. If the shipping address is in the archipelagos, it will take 5 working days to deliver your order. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend until the next business day we will not prepare it.

Did you buy by mistake? Has desire been able to you and do you regret it?
- Call us as soon as possible, and if the package has not left our facilities we will cancel it immediately. (Orders go out from Monday to Friday at 5:00 p.m.)
- If the order is already on its way, we will have to wait to receive it back at our office. Once received, we will refund the amount minus the shipping and return costs (€5 for shipments to the peninsula, €6 for the Balearic Islands and €12 for the Canary Islands). Once the order has arrived at its destination: We will accept the return of products as long as they have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, the return of products that have been opened or used is not allowed. You have a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept returns. You must send us the product and, once we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund through the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.
- We will ask you to send us the product to our offices (shipping costs are your responsibility) and once we have made the necessary checks, we will refund the amount through the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order. You are responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging reach us in perfect condition; if not, we will not be able to make the refund. Use the same box in which the order arrived (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the packaging during transport.
- Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities, our team will verify that the conditions to proceed with the refund are met.
- You will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed and that, in the next few days, you will receive the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. In any case, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the products at the BIO MER COSMETICS facilities.
- If, for any reason, any of the conditions necessary for the return of the product is not met, our team will contact you to indicate the next steps to follow.
- Wrong, defective or damaged order: Please check your order upon receipt, if any product is not correct or has not arrived in good condition, we will take care of everything. Contact us and we will solve it.
